We believe in the One true God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God the Father created our world and the universe and everything to be found within. He sustains our world and life as a gracious Father. We believe Jesus Christ is our Savior who paid the price for our sins by dying upon the cross and then rising from the dead. By grace through faith are we saved and not by our works. We believe that the Holy Spirit leads us to Christ and keeps us faithful.
We believe all people sin and fall short of the glory of God and, therefore, need a Savior. We believe that people can reject or turn aside from God, so there is the reality of hell. The gospel is the good news of a Christ for the sinful and rebellious mankind. It is the good news which needs to be proclaimed throughout the world for the sake of all mankind.
We invite everyone to learn more about our Church and our teachings. We are a church that wants you to know what we believe and practice. We stand upon the Word of God with boldness and firmness.

Grace Alone
God loves the people of the world, even though we are sinful, rebel against Him, and do not deserve His love.
Faith Alone
Jesus' suffering and death is the substitute for all people of all time. He purchased and won forgiveness and eternal life for all. Those who hear this Good News and believe it will have the eternal life that it offers.
Scripture Alone
The Bible is God's inspired and inerrant (without error) Word, in which He reveals His Law and His Gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ. God's Word is the source of our confessional life and our teachings, customs, and reasons are under the authority of the Scriptures.

Creation

He defends me against all danger and guards and protects me from all evil.
All this He does only out of fatherly, divine goodness and mercy, without any merit or worthiness in me. For all this it is my duty to thank and praise, serve and obey Him.
This is most certainly true.

Redemption
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty. From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead.

The Sacrament of Holy Baptism
We believe, teach and confess the sacraments to be God's means of grace.

What is Baptism? Baptism is not just plain water, but it is the water included in God’s command and combined with God’s word.

What benefits does Baptism give? It works forgiveness of sins, rescues from death and the devil, and gives eternal salvation to all who believe this, as the words and promises of God declare.

How can water do such great things? Certainly not just water, but the word of God in and with the water does these things, along with the faith which trusts this word of God in the water. For without God’s word the water is plain water and no Baptism. But with the word of God it is a Baptism, that is, a life-giving water, rich in grace, and a washing of the new birth in the Holy Spirit as St. Paul says in Titus: “He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy saying.” (Titus 3:5-8)

What does such baptizing with water indicate? It indicates that the Old Adam in us should by daily contrition and repentance be drowned and die with all sins and evil desires, and that a new man should daily emerge and arise to live before God in righteousness and purity forever.
