Fifth Sunday of Easter 2023

How does the Church grow? Is it through offering a variety of outreach ministries and service opportunities? Or through the diligent work of a paid staff and a large number of volunteers? Or by having a well-defined strategy and a modern brand identity? While all of these can be good and beneficial, the Scriptures tell us that the Church grows only by the faithful proclamation of the Word of God to lost people in a sinful and fallen world.
