Season After Pentecst - Contemporary

There are many things that can define who we are: our relationships, our jobs, our language, our socioeconomic status, our location, or many others.  Today, we focus on who we are because of Christ. Colossians 1 says, “For in Him [Jesus] all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of His cross.” Ultimately, we are not defined by what we do but by what Jesus does for us.  Because of Him, we are forgiven and restored!
