As we observe Mother’s Day today, you might not expect that we would be using four-letter words in a sermon (with good reason), but as we explore the Gospel reading, there are a few short words that have a big impact.  One of those words might even strike you as offensive, but it should not be - not when you have received the best word with four letters: Love.
