All Saints Day - “C in Celebrate” - T

Portraits of heroes hang in museums, are etched onto mountains, and are immortalized in history books. But for those who belong to Christ, God has greater plans. On this All Saints’ Day, we see that the Lord’s faithful do not belong merely in galleries or textbooks but in the courts of heaven. No dead tributes to the fallen, but living displays of Jesus’ mercy. Truly, Christ puts the “C” in “Celebrate” – all those who have been joined to Christ in Baptism celebrate their citizenship in the Kingdom that never ends. You have His promise that, when your days as a saint and sinner in this life are finished, you will live forever as His saint (free from sin) in the presence of your Savior and the saints who have gone before you.
