Good Friday

oday, we celebrate Good Friday. How could such an occasion be celebrated and called “good”? As Isaiah prophesied, “he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.” As we look upon Christ’s sacrifice today, we remember that it is for us.
