Maundy Thursday

When Jesus says, “Take, eat… drink of it, all of you,” He is giving His Church a gift that will last until the end of time. Generation after generation of believers has received this meal, trusting the promise that Christ is truly present to forgive and strengthen His people. Maundy Thursday reminds us that this sacred table stretches from the upper room to our altar tonight and all the way to the heavenly feast to come. In this meal, Jesus personally delivers the grace and forgiveness He won on the cross for us.
