Transfiguration Sunday

The Oxford Dictionary defines the word “Transfiguration” as “a complete change of form or appearance into a more beautiful or spiritual state.” Mark records the story of Jesus being transfigured, showing his disciples who he truly is - The Son of God. This experience transfigures the disciples! May we, too, be transfigured as fellow disciples as we encounter God’s grace in Jesus Christ.
